Our Founder's Story
George Mangibo Reach Out Foundation was founded by Asikiye Victory Kennedy George. Born into the family of Deacon & Deaconess (Dr) (Mrs) Kennedy George in Okrika L.G.A of Rivers State on the 19th of July 1984, Asikiye is a devoted Christian who demonstrates her passion and zeal for God and love for humanity, especially the less privileged.
Asikiye Victory Kennedy George became a registered nurse from the Rivers State School of Nursing in May 2010 and has worked with various hospitals in public and private health sectors in Nigeria. She relocated to New Zealand in 2022, where she is currently working as a Senior Health Care Assistant.
She is also a writer and is in the process of having her first international book publication.
We aim to increase access to and encourage enrollment in basic primary and secondary education for out-of-school children aged 6-18 years. We provide education materials such as school bags, uniforms, stationeries, and offer scholarships to indigent students within our communities and Nigeria at large.
We are committed to providing medical outreaches, donating medical materials, and offering financial support to people who cannot afford medical bills. Our goal is to ensure that everyone has access to quality healthcare services.
We supply relief materials, foodstuffs, and groceries, and provide good sanitary living conditions to the needy and Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs). We strive to improve the quality of life for those facing hardship.
We provide skill-based trainings, generate employment opportunities, and offer financial empowerment to rid our communities of all kinds of social vices. Our aim is to empower individuals to become self-sufficient and contribute positively to society.
